This page explains what information Alpha Peak Cleaning Services ("Alpha Peak", "we") handles when you use this website, and why. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What this website collects

This website does not have user accounts, does not store the quote form on a server and does not use cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools.

When you use the quote form, the details you type are placed into a WhatsApp message or an email in your own app. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in that app.

What we receive when you contact us

If you send us a message, call us or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, property location and a description of the work. We use them only to reply, prepare a quote and provide the service you request. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Third-party services on this website

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web server, these services may process your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the page.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and client correspondence only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at [email protected] or +1 (647) 521-8508. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we add tools that change how information is handled (for example, website analytics), we will update this page first.
